Pursuant to Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, THE LAW), this Privacy Notice is hereby issued:

I. Party responsible for the processing of personal data

  • A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights.

2. By email

Send an email to the address indicated in section I of this notice, from the email account you have previously used to communicate with us, including:

  • Name of the data subject.
  • Documents proving the identity of the data subject or their legal representation.
  • A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which the exercise of ARCO rights is requested.

3. Response time

The time period to address or resolve your request will be in accordance with the provisions of Articles 28 through 35 of THE LAW.

Even though your personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes set forth in section II, it may be shared with the following companies:

Such transfer will be carried out only in the cases permitted by THE LAW, for compliance with obligations to tax authorities and pursuant to the exception set forth in Article 37 thereof.

If you do not object to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have granted your consent, in accordance with Article 36 of THE LAW.

VIII. Changes to the privacy notice

The company reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time, arising from legislative reforms, changes in internal policies or new requirements.
